Playground update and new climber

We have had lots of visitors at the playgrounds since reopening which is lovely to see. In order to keep the playground safe and open we ask that you observe the following:

  • Maintain social distancing. Stay at least 2m apart
  • Be considerate in terms of how long you visit for so that others do not have to miss out
  • If the playground is busy and social distancing is not possible, please come back at another time
  • Do not enter the playground if you have been diagnosed with, or experiencing symptoms of, coronavirus
  • Do not bring food or drink into the playground
  • Ensure that your hands are clean before entering and when leaving the playground
  • This site is not serviced for cleaning or litter picking. There should be nothing left behind.

We are delighted with our new conical climber and we hope your children are too!

Next Parish Council Meeting on Monday 21st September

Our June and July (remote) Parish Council meeting went very smoothly with local residents joining us successfully. The September meeting will also be held via Zoom. The join up information will be provided in advance of the meeting on the meeting agenda. This will be published on Wednesday 16th September and the meeting minutes will be uploaded shortly afterwards for those unable to attend afterwards.

Please note that although we do not meet in August, we are still active!

Kind regards,

Laura

Clerk – Leigh Parish Council
